Director of Creative Strategy

Phoebe is an East Coast-born and raised Chinese-American producer now based in Los Angeles. 

With a B.F.A. from NYU Tisch School of the Arts in Film & Television Production and a minor in the Business of Entertainment, Media, & Technology, Phoebe focuses on the intersection of art and commerce in filmmaking. As a storyteller, she loves creating coming-of-age, surrealist, and sometimes, horror films that address complex family relationships, explore cultural themes, and bring AAPI-centered narratives and characters to the forefront. Most recently, Phoebe was selected as one of four pipeline executives in the 2025 cohort of the CBS Leadership Pipeline Challenge and is a current mentee in The Reel Champions’ Next Gen: Executive Diversity Mentorship Program. Phoebe additionally works on all theatrical releases at Paramount Pictures as the executive assistant to the EVP of Global Marketing and SVPs of Brand Marketing Strategy.
