MEET PALOMA:

PALOMA CORZO

Social Video Editor

Paloma Corzo Torres is a filmmaker and writer from Mexico City.

She’s pursuing directing at Chapman University’s Dodge College, alongside studies in English and Philosophy. She fell in love with filmmaking as a kid, making more than a hundred stop-motion animations at home and building stories frame by frame. That early patience, and the joy of making things with her own hands, remain at the heart of how she works, even as her projects grow in scale and ambition. Her short films have earned recognition at festivals internationally, and she continues to take on all kinds of production roles across Los Angeles, convinced that the best way to learn filmmaking is from inside of it.

Also a published writer, Paloma is happiest when she’s making something; whether through writing, directing, editing, or bringing ideas to life on set. She’s always looking for the next project, the next challenge, and the next thing to learn.
